The frame was laid out full size on the floor of the barn with soapstone. The frame was continued at the same angles until it was about 10" x9". The fiberglass nose piece will start from there and be about 18" long.

The car should be about 20' long and weigh around 1800# before any ballast is added, if needed.

The frontal area of the body will be about 2'x3" and the ground clearance 2". The bottom will be flat. .

The roll cage was drawn around my body. It is 24" wide at my shoulders and continues at 24" until past the differential and will probably taper a little after that.

The forward taper was derived from the required foot room.
